Stowage:
Fore Street / New Bridge Street, Exeter.
In conjunction with Found Space to produce a pair of sweet jars which, during the hours of darkness, will communicate to each other from opposite sides of the street.
The shops hosting the jars are set in the far western end of Exeter's high street, home to many small and independent outlets.
The jars flash short morse-code sentences to each other that mimic the friendly everyday small talk held between shop keepers in the street.

Social Sculpture:
Tues 9th - Sat 13th Feb
'TRANSITION 9', The Exchange,
Penzance, Cornwall.
In Collaboration with Bryony Gillard:
Examining the relationship between art and social function, Daniels and Gillard will produce and present a series of social sculptures to be used and explored at a set time each day by a different social group of people
The gallery space will function as a dynamic working studio where the artists will create one ‘social-sculpture’ per day.
At 3.30pm each day the social sculpture must be ‘completed’ and the artwork will then become an arena for interaction.
All
sessions will be open for the public interaction, and a list of the groups involved will be issued prior to the event.
